Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Field & Foundry purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from marks, scuffs, or signs of wear
Boots that have been worn outdoors or show signs of use cannot be returned.
How to return Email us at hello@fieldandfoundry.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return address and instructions.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service — Field & Foundry is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping costs Original shipping is free on all orders. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
