The Mercer is dark brown full-grain leather on a Goodyear-welted sole — and that's it. No range of colourways, no seasonal variants. Just a lace-up boot stripped to the essentials and built to prove that the essentials are enough.

200+ hand operations. Uncoated, uncorrected leather that darkens at the creases and lightens at the edges as it wears. A cork-filled insole that shapes itself to your foot over time. The kind of boot that looks better at five years than it did at five minutes.

Your pair arrives with its own service number stamped into the leather and registered to you. When it comes back for a resole, we'll know it by name.

Fit

Runs true to size. Full-grain leather will feel firm at first — expect 30–40 hours of break-in before the boot is fully yours. If you're between sizes, go down.

Care

Brush after each wear. Condition every 4–6 weeks with a neutral leather balm. Avoid heat sources when drying — let them air. Use shoe trees between wears to hold the shape. The leather will develop a patina over time. That's not damage, it's the point.
