Dark brown full-grain leather — uncoated, uncorrected, built to darken at the creases and lighten at the edges as it wears. The Thompson in dark brown is for the days where you don't know what's coming and you don't particularly care. Every pair develops its own finish. That's not a flaw in the leather. That's the whole point of it.

Fit

Runs true to size. The leather will feel firm at first — expect 30–40 hours of break-in. If you're between sizes, go down. The cork insole moulds to your foot over the first month.

Care

Brush after each wear. Condition every 4–6 weeks with a neutral leather balm. Avoid heat sources when drying — let them air. Use shoe trees between wears to hold the shape. The brown opens up at the creases over time. That's not damage, it's the point.
